Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SimVoice Copilot!

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SimVoice Copilot software ("the Software") and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Software.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SimVoice Copilot for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not sublicense, distribute, or modify the Software.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Bypass or disable any security mechanisms within the Software.
  • Use the Software in a way that may harm or disrupt Microsoft Flight Simulator or related services.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to SimVoice Copilot remain the property of its creators. You are not granted any ownership rights beyond the limited license stated above.

4. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify the Software at any time, including the features, functionality, subscription plans, and pricing. Continued use of the Software after such changes implies acceptance of the new terms, features, and conditions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including data loss or simulator crashes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Software if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Chile. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santiago, Chile.
